1. Services and Bookings

• The Centre provides yoga instruction, wellness sessions, workshops, and retreats.

• All class schedules, trainers, and program slots are subject to availability and change at the discretion of the management.

• Bookings for sessions must be made in advance through our online system powered by Wix and secured via Payments Gateway.

 

2. Health and Liability Disclaimer

• Yoga and wellness activities involve physical exertion. By participating, you acknowledge that you are in good physical health and have no medical condition that would prevent your safe participation.

• It is your sole responsibility to consult a physician before joining our classes and to inform our instructors of any pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or pregnancy.

• Neither the Trust, the Centre, nor its instructors shall be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during sessions, workshops, or on the center's premises.

 

3. Payments and Recurring Memberships

• All payments for packages, memberships, and retreats must be made in full through our integrated gateway before participating.

• If you subscribe to automatic monthly or annual renewals via Payments Gateways, authorized recurring charges will be processed automatically on your billing date until cancelled.

 

4. Code of Conduct

• We maintain a peaceful, respectful, and safe environment for all participants.

• The Centre reserves the right to terminate memberships or deny admission to any individual who exhibits abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other students.

 

5. Intellectual Property

• All content displayed on this website, including logos, designs, text, and graphics, is the intellectual property of the Trust and may not be reproduced without written permission.

 

6. Governing Law

• These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

 

7. Changes to Terms

• The Trust reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
